Recommending a teacher or mentor for Accreditation

Only an ART Assessor can recommend a teacher and/or mentor on SmART Ringer for Module 1, 2F and 2C. Use these links:

Module 1 – recommendation for accreditation

Module 2F – recommendation for accreditation

Module 2C – recommendation for accreditation

When the Assessor recommends a Teacher, they may want to do so without recommending the mentor – when the mentor has been absent, or not helpful, or the teacher may not have had a mentor in the first place. If this is the case, please make a note of this in the comments section of the form (which will not be visible to the mentor).
