On the 5th of September and the 17th of October, Marsworth (Bucks) will be hosting two module 2 day courses. The first will be tutored by Graham Nabb, and second will be tutored by Pip Penney. We still have spaces available on both courses so this is a good opportunity for anyone who is interested to register their interest in coming along.

Module 2 is open to anyone whose personal ringing standard is to a minimum level of a quarter peal of bob minor on an inside bell, and it is ideal for those who wish to gain skills and expand their understanding of teaching change ringing, running practices and working with the overall development of a team.

When we have held module 2 courses before, people have received these very enthusiastically and often commented that they picked up loads of teaching ideas: for example, using ‘Bales’ to simplify teaching bob doubles, how to helpfully stand behind someone and give timely advice whilst ringing and techniques used for diplomatically managing ringers who ‘grab hold’ for everything, whether they can ring it or not.
