We wanted a checkin review against the ART program level 1 and Level 2 because we started with the yellow book and felt there were some gaps. No problem with Level 1…check! Level 2 revealed some gaps so now we have a development plan for the next 6 months to reach Level 3 and perhaps a quarter peal attempt later in the year.  The ART program has been great with its structure and clear instruction.
