M2F and M2C are designed for Teachers/bands with different ringing abilities/aspirations, but both are essentially about a Teacher’s ability to: plan and run a practice or ringing session; adapt when things change; develop the skills of ringers by motivating, using goals, and appropriate exercises; and use variety to maintain interest during skill development, thus making learning effective and fun.
Therefore, the assessment criteria for both M2F and M2C are associated with the Teacher’s ability to; plan, review, explain theory, observe, give feedback, and show flexibility as evidence associated with these module aims.
