Help Centre - As an Assessor: What support is available from ART to help me in my role as an Assessor?

ART aims to provide as much support as possible through this SmART Ringer website. For ART Assessors this includes:

  • Resources specifically aimed at supporting ART Assessors, which can be accessed (by ART Assessors) as follows:
    • Log In to your personal SmART Ringer account
    • At your personal Programmes Home page: Click the link “Assessors Resources” (beneath the heading “ART Training Scheme”)
    • (or use this shortcut: click here)
  • A means to find and contact other ART Assessors for help and/or advice (or maybe even arrange a ‘shadow’ assessment). To do this:
    • Log In to your personal SmART Ringer account
    • At your personal Programmes Home page: Click the link “Manage Teachers & Mentoring Resources” (beneath the heading “ART Training Scheme”)
    • At the Mentoring page: Click the link “Contact Assessors” (beneath the red “Mentoring” banner)
    • (or use this shortcut: click here)
    • Find an Assessor that you think may be able to help (perhaps there is someone near to you, and/or someone you already know) and click on their name to open a message form
    • Complete the message form and then click “Submit” to send the message to that Assessor

If you cannot find the support you require, then you should contact Paul Lewis who will be happy to deal with your enquiry or offer guidance/advice (Paul is a member of the ART Management Committee and is responsible for Assessors and accreditation).
