Help Centre - I’ve lost my SmART Ringer username

If you have lost your SmART Ringer username then here are some ways to recover it:

  • If you are registered on SmART Ringer as a Teacher, then you can ask your Mentor for your username – they should log on to SmART Ringer and go to their ‘Manage Teachers’ page where your SmART Ringer username is displayed beneath your full name (note: usernames are displayed there in the format @username, you should not include the @ symbol with your username when logging on to SmART Ringer)
  • If you are registered on SmART Ringer as a Ringer, then you can ask your Teacher for your username – they should log on to SmART Ringer and go to their ‘Manage Ringers’ page where your SmART Ringer username is displayed beneath your full name (note: usernames are displayed there in the format @username, you should not include the @ symbol with your username when logging on to SmART Ringer)
  • If neither of the above are possible, then e-mail the ART helpdesk and ask for a reminder.
