The point of the assessment is not just to verify that you’re a good teacher, but to verify that you’re a good teacher who is using the ART ethos and techniques.

A very experienced teacher who embraces the ART way of teaching will almost certainly progress through accreditation to ART Membership quickly and relatively easily, however the ART Assessor must witness that you are teaching using the ART methods. Otherwise there would be no point to the whole ART accreditation process.

Only when you become an ART Member do you have long-term access to the SmART Ringer and Learning the Ropes resources for you and your ringers.
