You will be asked to provide your DBS certificate as soon as you become a Member of ART and will be sent instructions on what is required and what to do as you become accredited and offered the trial membership.  Please don’t send anything in advance of this request.

If you do not already have a DBS certificate ART can arrange one via Lloyd Education and you can obtain a pack to apply for one by contacting the Safeguarding Administrator at safeguarding@bellringing.org. It costs £8.

We strongly recommend that you register for the DBS update service online shortly after you get your certificate which will ensure it is transferable.

For those not teaching or supervising the teaching of children an annual declaration is required on a form that can be emailed to you.
