Over the past few weeks it has been a rollercoaster of emotions with acceptable and awful sessions.

At one stage I near gave up but a following session on 8 bells went very well and i am being pushed hard to ring changes. OK with the changes themselves but having trouble with the commands interpretation.

I seem to fare worse on 12 bells and I still can’t ‘hear’ my bell.

I do favour the heavier bells……

Onwards and upwards.

As a matter of fact and after 70 years, I rate bell ringing as the most difficult challenge of my life. Perhaps I have not really pushed myself this hard before.
