On the 28th October, Pip Penney will be facilitating a Tower Leadership Workshop at Stretham Ringing Education Centre in Cambridgeshire.

The day is ideal for Tower Captains, aspiring Tower Captains, Ringing masters or guild officers – or indeed anyone else who is interested in developing their leadership skills.

This is a classroom based workshop where delegates will discuss best practice for public relations, building a successful band with teamwork and goals, the practical aspects of running a tower, safeguarding, Health and Safety.

Delegates are invited to arrive at 9am, for welcome and introductions, with the first presentation on ‘Leading the Team’ starting at 9.30am.  The workshop will finish at approximately 4.00pm and include a lunchbreak.

The cost for the workshop is £5 to ART and £2 local costs to cover teas / coffees.
